For beds used inside Home
We guarantee the structural integrity of each of our dog bed frames as well as the Cordura, ballistic and heavy duty vinyl fabrics for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the bed.
Vinyl weave, deluxe fleece pads, reversible fleece pads, canvas bad pads, bolster items and slipcovers are not covered under any chew proof guarantee.
If your dog is able to damage any part of frame or fabric beyond usability, we will send out replacement parts for free.
For Kennels, Shelters, Boardings(Any commercial or private place housing multiple dogs)
We maintain the same replacement warranty for the structural integrity of the frames and corners, any damages within 1 year period because of dogs shall be replaced one time free of cost – Any damages due to mishandling the beds will not be covered.
For sheets – we will cover 6 months limited warranty if it’s damaged by the dog by biting and reaching the chew-proof frame structure. Any other damages will be accessed only case to case basis.
Cosmetic damage is not covered under warranty.
Warranty claims are limited to one free replacement per part per bed.
Replacement fabrics and parts that are purchased separately do not carry a chew proof warranty.
A photo will be required to submit the claim;the photo(s) will be sufficient,to start with the process and then we shall request the damaged Part or sheet If required.
